Tasha grew up in Boston and went to school in the city, earning a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master of Education both from the University of Massachusetts Boston. She has been a real estate agent (at various companies) since 2004, an educator in Boston Public Schools since 2006, and a full-time property manager/owner at Hull Property Management since 2011.

Unlike other larger property management companies, we only manage a small number of units and is able to give a hands-on approach when managing your property.
We have access to a 24/7 on-call maintenance staff and we only hire licensed contractors, plumbers, and electricians. Although these contractors are not affiliated directly with Hull Property Management, these vendors that we use provide competitive pricing, reliable service and quality work for the owners. Our vendors complete each job with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
Handling tenant matters can be stressful and time-consuming. This includes finding the right people to rent your property who will treat it right. As part of your property contract agreement with Hull Property Management, we will work directly with experienced agents who can find you a highly-qualified tenant as quickly as possible. We will handle every phase of the rental process, including showing your property, running credit checks, preparing leases, screening applicants, and preparing and coordinating the move-in.
